Easy Vegan Mayo

Ever thought tha Mayonaise can be made without DAIRY?

Here's a super easy recipe which can be modified to please your tastebuds.


You will need:


Any Neutral flavoured Oil ( I use light olive oil) 1 Cup

Soy Milk 1/2 Cup

Lemon Juice 1 Tbsp

Apple Cider Vinegar 1 Tbsp

Salt As required


Instructions:

  1. Add all the ingredients to your blender. Let it rest for 5-10 mins.

  2. Blend until you reach the right consistency. Make sure to scrape the edges every 30 seconds.

That's it!

You can add some powdered sugar if you are a fan of regular market mayo. Add some crushed garlic/paprika powder/mint leaves to make a flavoured version of this recipe.
